The RMA form can be downloaded here. Please make sure you follow the steps below.
Replacement / Returns Policy:
Products purchased from Rioned or Andy Guest Jetters and under warranty* may be returned for replacement by following these steps:
1. Contact Rioned Customer Service to obtain an RMA number (See contact details below)
2. Fill out the Return Material Authorisation Form in its entirety, place the RMA form in the box with the item(s) being returned.
3. Return the authorised item(s) within 15 days of the date when the RMA number was issued and per shipping instructions.
4. Rioned RMA department will process your request and contact you with an outcome.

1. Be sure to obtain an RMA number before any items are shipped. Mark the outside of the box(s) with “RMA” & this number.
2. Ship only those items that have been authorised.
3. Rioned / Andy Guest Part(s) return to:
