The FlexJet+ is the larger version of the FlexJet trailer jetter, offering increased jetting capabilities in larger-diameter pipework. Ideal for domestic cleaning contractors, building contractors and water authorities, this compact machine can be used flexibly to clear surfaces or in pipelines up to 350 mm. A 550-litre interconnected water tank allows operators to complete larger and longer tasks. The FlexJet+ meets all emissions regulations and can be driven on a standard driving license.
Lightweight and streamlined
Due to its modern design, the FlexJet+ is extremely streamlined and has low air resistance. By using a combination of synthetic material and high-strength steel, the machine’s weight is kept to 430kg, making it possible to house a 550-litre water tank. Because of this, the FlexJet can be towed by almost any vehicle without further driving license requirements.
Superior road handling
Rioned’s innovative water tank construction provides superior road handling when the tanks are empty or full by preventing sway during driving. Road handling is also aided by its compact dimensions, which provides excellent manoeuvrability in restricted access sites, urban areas, and city streets.
Braked trailer
The FlexJet+ is a braked trailer, fitted with overrun brakes to stop the machine from moving when it is parked. The equivalent of a car handbrake, braking is applied through a mechanical linkage connected to the trailer’s tow bar. As braked trailers are able to tow more weight, the FlexJet+ is fitted with a larger 550-litre interconnected water tank and weighs in excess of 430kg.
Safety features
The FlexJet+ has been designed to provide enhanced user safety in all situations. Rioned’s innovative cooling system reduces residual heat, with the machine’s motor-pump compartment also enclosed in fire-retardant material. A protective cover ensures that the FlexJet+ remains free from dirt and salt while in operation as well as helping to dampen the noise from the engine.
