Our teams of mobile engineers are located throughout the UK to respond quickly and repair any mechanical issues with your equipment. All our service vehicles are equipped with a full range of parts and we always endeavour to resolve issues with minimum disruption to your working day.
Emergency call-out services
Can’t get to one of our service centres? We’ll travel to you. Our repair technicians operate throughout England from our repair centres in Yorkshire, East Anglia and the South West to provide our customers with fast and reliable service. We hold exploded view diagrams for every machine, alongside a full complement of tools, ensuring that we can undertake the vast majority of repairs on-site. Our service agents ScotJet and Crumlin Plant Sales are also available to undertake emergency repairs across Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Call-out charges
Alongside the cost of the machine repair, customers in England will be charged a travel fee depending on their proximity to our service centres. For customers in Scotland and Ireland, please contact our service agents for more details on call-out charges.

In-house repairs
We can undertake a range of repairs in-house at our service centres across the UK, shortening the lead time for customers. Alongside repairing high-pressure drain and sewer cleaning machines, we can also repair jet/vac combination units, portable jetters, and a range of inspection and detection equipment. Customers can rent replacement equipment for a fixed, reduced price so that they can continue with their work, regardless of how long the repair will take.
Equipment servicing
Annual maintenance is important to prevent malfunctions and improve the efficiency and operational life of your machine. All servicing and repair work is undertaken by Rioned’s trained and approved technicians, from annual maintenance servicing to system reframing and overhauls. Customers are advised to pre-book their equipment servicing at one of our service centres, which are open from 9-5 Monday to Friday.
