Rioned specialises in the design of compact, high-quality jetting/vacuum combination units for emptying grease traps, wells and flooded basements, as well as the cleaning of heavily polluted drains and sewers. Our combination units are often used where larger vehicles struggle to gain access. Using smaller vehicles also has a considerable economic benefit with much lower operational costs. Rioned offers a series of concept vehicles that can be easily configured with various useful options.

Single person operation

Single-person operations

The award-winning eControl+ machine management system is included as standard with many of our units to ensure safe operation while working in remote and restricted access areas. System information including RPMs, working hours, and maintenance warnings are displayed at a glance, with operators able to easily navigate the machine menu using a jog wheel. Pressure and flow settings can also be finely tuned using the RioMote 5, 7 or 9-Channel radio remote control, with FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) technology providing safe operation at a greater distance from the machine.

Secure storage options

All Rioned jetvac tanker and trailer units have been designed with a range of secure storage to house additional tools and ancillary equipment. Alongside a range of standard lockable and shuttered storage, units can be customised to suit the operational requirements of customers, including the addition of bespoke storage solutions and heated cabinets. These compact, single-resolution vehicles can also be supplied with a powerful inverter to power CCTV, inspection and surveying equipment, and a welfare station to enhance operator safety.

Emissions-compliant machines

Rioned’s range of jetvac tankers and suction units comply with all European standards and are ideal for busy city centres and areas where strict emissions regulations are in operation. Tanker units are built on a range of Euro-6 vehicle chassis, in some cases utilising PTO (Power Take-off) from the vehicle engine to drive the high-performance jetting and vacuum pumps. This ensures that the unit is extremely fuel efficient and safe for operation in LEZ and ULEZ zones across some of the UK’s largest cities.

Vacuum suction trailer

The robust RioTrailer R1 and RioTrailer R2 have been designed as the ideal solution for emptying flooded cellars and grease traps in height-restricted locations. These powerful and manoeuvrable trailers offer a suction capacity of 7,200 litres per minute and feature a thermal immersion tank with a net volume of 2,100 litres, more than enough for the majority of tasks. The removal of waste from the tank is made easy thanks to a fully opening rear cover.

The RioTrailer R2 is lower in height than the RioTrailer R1. This makes the R2 even easier to deploy. The RioTrailer R2 also has more loading space for carrying hoses and other equipment to get any job done. The R2 is also available separately, allowing it to be mounted on virtually any chassis.
