The new RioFlex high-speed flexible shaft drain cleaning machine has been designed for the rapid removal of rust, cement, lime, and small tree roots in concrete, cast iron, and PVC drains up to 125 mm. Producing up to 3,000 RPM, the high rotation speed means the specialized selection of tools covers every part of the drain wall for thorough cleaning.

High-speed cleaning

With a high speed up to 3,000 RPM and a special selection of tools, the drain is cleaned very thoroughly. This makes the machine ideal for sewer cleaning, preparation for relining and milling work. The spring is protected with a flexible outer cover that allows it to go through the tightest turns. The RioFlex comes with a range of cleaning heads for optimal operation with different types of unblocking and pipe diameters.

Remote control

The RioFlex is the only high speed sewer cleaning machine that comes with adjustable radio remote control. The smart design also makes the RioFlex ideal for use in tight spaces, with the remote control a few meters away from the machine for comfortable and safe operation. With the remote control, the maximum speed and torque can be gradually adjusted according to the type of blockage and the pipe material, minimizing the risk of damage. The LED display also shows the torque and speed of the cleaning head as it travels through the tube, giving a good idea of ​​the effectiveness of your cleaning action.

Engine

The RioFlex is powered by a powerful 0.55 kW electric motor. The specially developed motor is both quieter and more powerful than drives for hand tools, such as angle grinders.

Transportation

The RioFlex is mounted on two wheels and has an extendable handle for ease of transport. When working in tight spaces, such as an apartment complex without an elevator, the electric motor pack and reel can be taken apart and transported independently. It is also possible to work with a separate spring and the detachable motor package. Because the RioFlex uniquely separates into two components, transportation and lifting is a simple and safe task.

Interchangeable accessories

The RioFlex's detachable engine can be used with a variety of reel combinations. A large number of accessories are available for the RioFlex. Depending on the pipe construction and application, you can choose the desired accessory. Tungsten carbide-tipped chain heads are available for cast iron and concrete pipes. Smooth chain heads are available for cleaning and unblocking PVC pipes. A range of cable lengths, housing and reel diameters are also available.
