Nationwide Servicing + Maintenance
Our servicing teams operate nationwide, providing essential maintenance to keep Rioned machines operating at max. We provide pre-booked servicing, either in-house at regional centres in Norfolk and Yorkshire, or on-site through our mobile serving teams. Our service vehicles carry the full complement of tools, parts and lubricants required to carry out a full service of the complete range of Rioned equipment. All servicing and repair work is undertaken by Rioned-trained and approved technicians.

Van-pack jetters
We service the complete range of Rioned van-pack jetters, including older diesel and PTO units. Servicing includes:
- Machine inspection + checks
- Oil filter + oil
- Air filter
- Fuel filters
- Hydraulic filter + oil
- High-pressure pump oil
Jetvac combination tankers
We service a range of auxiliary (donkey) engine and PTO drive jetvac combination units, including RioComs, UniComs and older tankers. Minor Servicing includes:
- Machine inspection + checks
- Oil filter + oil
- Air filter
- Fuel filters
- High-pressure pump oil
- Vacuum pump oil
- All minor servicing parts
- Hydraulic filter + oil
Call-out charges
Our teams of mobile engineers and service agents are located throughout the UK to service equipment quickly and efficiently. Alongside the cost of the servicing, customers in England will be charged a travel fee depending on their proximity to our service centres. For customers in Scotland and Ireland, please contact our service agents for more details on call-out charges.
