The Cable Duct Desilting Trailer Jetter is a robust, braked trailer ideal for daily operation in pipelines with a diameter of up to 450mm. Thanks to the inclusion of the RioPulse pulsator system, this trailer jetter can be used for cable duct desilting operations and is particularly useful for jobs in remote locations and larger projects where equipment needs to be stored overnight. An enclosed water-cooled diesel or petrol engine and specialist exhaust system make this powerful jetter the quietest trailer-mounted jetting machine in its class, while a patented pivoting hose reel pivots through 90° and 180° to facilitate easy operation.
RioPulse pulsator system
The Cable Duct Desilting Trailer Jetter is differentiated from the MultiJet jetting trailer due to the inclusion of the innovative RioPulse pulsator system. This unit creates a vibrating or pulsing action when using pressurised water to propel the jetting hose further and faster down the pipe. This can offer considerable water savings to operators, as well as improve the length of time that the unit can operate continually.
Pivoting hose reel
A patented high-pressure hose reel pivots through 90° and 180° to provide optimal operator comfort under all circumstances. The hose reel is protected by the body of the machine, ensuring trouble-free operation throughout the winter months. The Cable Duct Desilting Trailer Jetter is supplied with 80 metres of Rioned’s NW13 or NW16 high-pressure jetting hose for immediate operation. The lightest hose of its kind, the hose also delivers more working pressure at the jetting nozzle thanks to a smooth inner surface and widened inner diameter. The unit can be supplied with additional high-pressure hose for longer cable runs.
