New Distributor for the RioCom in South America

The first RioCom jetvac combi for the South American market was recently shipped to our new distributor in Chile. Sales Director Mark Cox journeyed across the Atlantic to meet the team and provide handover training.

Rioned is delighted to welcome Orbitec to our global network of distributors. Based in Santiago, Chile, the equipment supplier, provides specialist equipment for the municipal, sanitary, infrastructure, industrial and firefighting sectors. The RioCom 7.5t jetvac is the first Rioned product introduced to their extensive range and we hope it may be the first of many.

Orbitec has a fantastic team dedicated to putting drainage contractors' needs first, with customised equipment and comprehensive after-sales services, including maintenance and spare parts.

At the end of February, a presentation was held for the staff at Orbitec to introduce the RioCom JetVac Combination Unit. The presentation was conducted by Mark Cox and Pedro Schiavi Stoiber, the general manager of Orbitec.

Mark Cox said the response from the team was extremely positive: “As the first compact jetvac tanker of its kind introduced to Chile, I think it offers something new. Having spent a bit of time with the Orbitec team and a few of their customers, I can see there is scope for this machine to improve the efficiency of some drainage operations in the country.”
